Re the papal visit

I am pissed off  that the UK has had to foot the bill for the Pope's visit, just who the hell does he think he is? I think it cost about 12 million pounds for 4 days, or summat like that. I am seriously thinking about visiting Rome next year and was wondering if the Vatican would like to pay for my visit. Does anyone have the address, I reckon I can do it a bit cheaper by going on supermarket.com or one of the cheap flight sites. I reckon about two thousand pounds should do it , and for that I can have two weeks full board.
